The Street Cafe

Assalamualaikum wbt
All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger.

Yup, it is a name of a shop.

Well, by fourth raya, there were no activities or people coming for raya, so the three of us, my mother, my sister and myself went to Jalan TAR. Post-raya shopping. There I purchased some scarfs, compulsory to buy scarfs and its siblings if one is at Jalan TAR. And I also purchased a new pair of jeans, because the price was reasonable enough to rationalise myself on buying and because I have no more pants. I am done with my raya pocket money I tell you huuuuuuu -_____-. We only spend a short time there as parking at S*** is expensive. Everybody knows that.heeeeee. So, we bought what needed, and drove off to our next destination.

The Street Cafe, Subang. Aigoo. Because my sister is a 'korean' fans, for its idol groups especially and food, so, we visited the shop. It is a Halal Korean Cuisine shop. There are many Korean cuisine restaurants, but the one that are approved Halal are also doubtful. So, because we saw Iqram Dinzly from Jalan-jalan Cari Makan TV3 coming to this shop, we plan to visit. And also because my sister only had one week holiday for Raya which ended a few days back :(, she just have to go, can you feel the urgency there, teheeee. Even though I am not a strong Korean food lover, the food there are edible. It was tasty and nice. The drinks were also fresh and tasted good. The journey back home were so sweet as all the three of us are satisfied with the food and the friendliness of the owner there. Kamsamida ajushi!

English for Professional Communication

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Greetings readers! As stated above, in this entry I would like to share about the course that I am taking at present. It is a course from the Academy of Language Studies at Universiti Teknologi Mara(UiTM). It is very rare to find people that know about this course. Dialogue 1 A: Eh, what are you studying now? Me: English for Prof Comm A: ...........??? So, what is that actually? Dialogue 2 A: Anyway, what are you taking now? Me: Language studies A: Oh.. TESL eh. Me: ....................... or very very very rare, Dialogue 3 A: What course did you take? Me: English for Prof Comm A: Ohh..ok. As you see, this course is not as popular as others like law, engineering, medicine, dental, education and others, which everyone knows of. But, it is a fun and interesting course to learn. Believe me. And if you are really good in English, which I am still working on t...

CNY

Assalamualaikum wbt. All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger. Its already a week after Chinese New Year celebration, around a week after the exact day if I'm not mistaken. At this very moment, I am not alone. The non-stop rhythm of the fire crackers accompany me upon writing this entry :) Chinese New Year, yes. It is among the yearly celebration that I enjoy. Even though I am not a Chinese nor have a Chinese family members, but they are my friends and neighbours. I remembered waking up to a very very loud drum and cymbals sounds several years back. It was from a lion dance at a neighbour's house. It was a great feeling. Woke up to the sound, peep through the window, then rush downstairs and towards the celebrating house. I can't remember brushing my teeth, but I do think I did brush them. So anyway, at that moment, it was the first LIVE lion dance that I have seen from near, in my life. It was fun as I actually experienced the moment. I also remembered watching ano...

2010 - 2013 Farewell Day

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger. Alhamdulillah, three years of bachelor degree had ended. My fellow mates and I had graduated and going to have our convocation ceremony soon. It was Ramadhan when we finished. We picked out Setia City Mall as the place for our farewell buka-puasa :) It was in July and I still remembered the moments as it was a fun and happy and exciting day for all of us. That day was Monday, the day where some of us still had to present our final presentation on thesis. Mine was on Friday, so I graduated a few days earlier.hahaa.. Anyway, I went to the mall before but that day seems much more fun. Was it because we finished our semester? or  Was it because it was Ramadhan that it felt special? or Well, I don't know, but it was a good feeling. After everyone finished. We set the time which was at 2p.m. to go to the mall. Our plan was to watch a movie (thought of playing bowling but, afraid that we might felt thir...
