Banana Chocolate Chip cookies

All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger.

It's baking time!

This recipe is one that I took from the reader digest magazine which I have been keeping for quite a while now. The main purpose of jotting down this recipe is non other than to try it out of course, but until this moment, sadly to say, I haven't got the chance or should I say, I, myself simply did not take the effort to try it yet.hahaha. And believe me, put some trust on me, I will try this out and blog about it okey. 
And, I just thought maybe there are readers or there is a reader out there who love or loves chocolate chip cookies with bananas, so, why not try out this recipe. From the name itself, it makes me imagine of the freshly baked cookies out from the oven, crunchy, tasty, scrumptious, delicious with some banana taste. Yup, sounds tasty enough to give it a try ya. It is stated that the ingredients is for about 18 servings.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup butter (softened)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup mashed bananas
2 cups choc chip


Directions

1. Heat oven at 200 celcius. 
2. Grease the pan/ container
3. Sift- flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda
4. Cream the butter and sugar until light
    Beat in eggs and vanilla essense
    Mix in the mashed bananas
5. Add flour mixture(number 3.) and stir everything(number 4.)
6. Stir in choc chips
7. Drop spoonfuls on the pan/ container
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes

9. Favourite step, ready and serve. Nyummm

Assalamualaikum wbt. All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger. Its already a week after Chinese New Year celebration, around a week after the exact day if I'm not mistaken. At this very moment, I am not alone. The non-stop rhythm of the fire crackers accompany me upon writing this entry :) Chinese New Year, yes. It is among the yearly celebration that I enjoy. Even though I am not a Chinese nor have a Chinese family members, but they are my friends and neighbours. I remembered waking up to a very very loud drum and cymbals sounds several years back. It was from a lion dance at a neighbour's house. It was a great feeling. Woke up to the sound, peep through the window, then rush downstairs and towards the celebrating house. 2010 - 2013 Farewell Day

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger. Alhamdulillah, three years of bachelor degree had ended. My fellow mates and I had graduated and going to have our convocation ceremony soon. It was Ramadhan when we finished. We picked out Setia City Mall as the place for our farewell buka-puasa :) It was in July and I still remembered the moments as it was a fun and happy and exciting day for all of us. That day was Monday, the day where some of us still had to present our final presentation on thesis. Mine was on Friday, so I graduated a few days earlier.hahaa.. Anyway, I went to the mall before but that day seems much more fun.
