M disease

Assalamualaikum wbt
All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger.

Hello readers !

Before talking about my M sickness, I would like to sum up my weekend.

This weekend has been a blast and tiresome. Yesterday, my faculty members; students and lecturers had this activity together. It is called Getting to Know You. It was fun, and tiring in a way, in addition there were heavy rain and drizzle that we had to face during the activity. And today, another programme. This one was a boring, but supposedly was an informational programme that is compulsory for students to attend every semester. Anyhow, this evening was the last one for me and my batch mates. So, no more Kemahiran Insaniah after this, goodbye KI, goodbye LDK.

Ok. This is it. My M disease. My M disease attacked me for the not third or fourth, but for the hundredth of times. A disease that has no cure, no medicine.

It is the M-A-L-A-S disease.

Tonight, before tomorrow morning, I just have to force myself into doing our take home quiz for IBM. The M disease always attacked me at such time. This is just so not cool and so not fun. I'm just too lazy, that even sitting around looking at the wall and looking into thin air seems more fun.hahaha. Can you imagine that? Bad habit right, I know, I'm just that bad. In fact, my other housemates are just that bad as well.hehehe. Sorry for ruining your status as well gals :)

Anyway, I just hope I'm able to do the quiz smoothly after this. There is nothing I can do except, just face it and do it tonight. Make sure it is ready to be submitted tomorrow. After all, it is almost the end of this semester. I should stop nagging about all the assignments, discussions and presentations as all of these are about to end very soon. Let's just enjoy this hectic moment now so that I won't miss it later, which is after my mates and I graduated.

Chaiyok !

English for Professional Communication

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Greetings readers! As stated above, in this entry I would like to share about the course that I am taking at present. It is a course from the Academy of Language Studies at Universiti Teknologi Mara(UiTM). It is very rare to find people that know about this course. Dialogue 1 A: Eh, what are you studying now? Me: English for Prof Comm A: ...........??? So, what is that actually? Dialogue 2 A: Anyway, what are you taking now? Me: Language studies A: Oh.. TESL eh. Me: ....................... or very very very rare, Dialogue 3 A: What course did you take? Me: English for Prof Comm A: Ohh..ok. As you see, this course is not as popular as others like law, engineering, medicine, dental, education and others, which everyone knows of. But, it is a fun and interesting course to learn. Believe me. And if you are really good in English, which I am still working on t...

Sleepless night to remember

Assalamulaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Hello. Upon writing this post, I am at a state where I can no longer open my eyes to continue doing my work. My friends and I are at Level 9 Menara at this late hour, yup (for those who know the history.........hahahaa.....). It's kind of our lepak place for wifi, for just us. Alhamdulillah. Our journey are coming to its end. So far, we are done with two of our professional presentations. It was a nerve-wrecking and sleepless experience on preparing the text and searching for information and practice and what not for the presentation. Nevertheless, I enjoy every last moment of it. Even now, it is just so difficult to finish up my thesis and do the amendments needed, I choose not to fret and just keep on continuing these difficult times as I believe I will be reminiscing these times later in the future. InsyaAllah, everything will end this Monday. My prayers to all of us, myself and my friends, that we...

Prom Night

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger And so, our konon2 Prom Night was a fun night. We actually called it Pre-Graduation Dinner plus also combining the dinner with the Dean's Award recipients.  It sounds funny when you called it Prom Night. For me when it is called as such, it sounds Americanish , wild and western .hahaa. But it is also suitable to be called as such to show it was a celebrated night and because the theme for that night was Tie, Suit and Dresses , I know, nice wasn't it. And the dinner, it was not the place or the food that we would fret about or be bossy about later on, its the people and the friends and the pictures that we will talk about again and again, it will be the memory that we will probably recall in the future, the almost last moment of a student life.hahaa. And guess what, just after the dinner, we the gals went and lepak for a while for a short kopi session just to end the night nicely. Wahh, a night to rem...
