2014

Assalamualaikum wbt
All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Rasulullah SAW

Its already 2014!

So, I guess it should be one strong reason to force me to write something. Browsing through all the social medias, I could see everyone, yup almost everyone in the world posting about new year, toodles 2013, new resolution, wishlist, prayers, do's and don'ts etc. But for most of my batch-mates and friends, 2014 or specifically January 2014, it is the time they are going to have their finals. I know, so not the right time. So wrong timing.hahaaa. Well, my advice just go for it! Go for 2014 I meant ^^, A day off should be ok. I remembered myself in that shoes. First day of finals in 2, 3 days after 1st of January and the fireworks from i-city were cracking like crayzayy. So close for us to pay a visit yet still so far.hahaaa.

Anyway, those are all memories now. Praying for a greater year ahead. What is there not to hope except for all the good and positive things. As people say " Think positive and surround yourself by happy people, and you'll be as positive and as happy ".

2013 had been fun.
I met most of my friends, exalt friends. We managed to have a short mini gathering after several years of not meeting one another.

I also enjoyed the last days of my bachelor degree's year. So much fun. Having iftar together.

I get to hangout with girlfriends. Childhood girlfriends and towards adulthood girlfriends.

Last but not least, I am thanked on all the things that I get to do with my family, the time spending with them, especially with my beloved parents.

I thought of sharing some pictures, but I didn't have them in my laptop, too bad. I'll share next time ya.

Happy 2014 readers!
Take care.

One of the manymany that I cherished in 2013

English for Professional Communication

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Greetings readers! As stated above, in this entry I would like to share about the course that I am taking at present. It is a course from the Academy of Language Studies at Universiti Teknologi Mara(UiTM). It is very rare to find people that know about this course. Dialogue 1 A: Eh, what are you studying now? Me: English for Prof Comm A: ...........??? So, what is that actually? Dialogue 2 A: Anyway, what are you taking now? Me: Language studies A: Oh.. TESL eh. Me: ....................... or very very very rare, Dialogue 3 A: What course did you take? Me: English for Prof Comm A: Ohh..ok. As you see, this course is not as popular as others like law, engineering, medicine, dental, education and others, which everyone knows of. But, it is a fun and interesting course to learn. Believe me. And if you are really good in English, which I am still working on t...

Sleepless night to remember

Assalamulaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Hello. Upon writing this post, I am at a state where I can no longer open my eyes to continue doing my work. My friends and I are at Level 9 Menara at this late hour, yup (for those who know the history.........hahahaa.....). It's kind of our lepak place for wifi, for just us. Alhamdulillah. Our journey are coming to its end. So far, we are done with two of our professional presentations. It was a nerve-wrecking and sleepless experience on preparing the text and searching for information and practice and what not for the presentation. Nevertheless, I enjoy every last moment of it. Even now, it is just so difficult to finish up my thesis and do the amendments needed, I choose not to fret and just keep on continuing these difficult times as I believe I will be reminiscing these times later in the future. InsyaAllah, everything will end this Monday. My prayers to all of us, myself and my friends, that we...

Prom Night

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger And so, our konon2 Prom Night was a fun night. We actually called it Pre-Graduation Dinner plus also combining the dinner with the Dean's Award recipients.  It sounds funny when you called it Prom Night. For me when it is called as such, it sounds Americanish , wild and western .hahaa. But it is also suitable to be called as such to show it was a celebrated night and because the theme for that night was Tie, Suit and Dresses , I know, nice wasn't it. And the dinner, it was not the place or the food that we would fret about or be bossy about later on, its the people and the friends and the pictures that we will talk about again and again, it will be the memory that we will probably recall in the future, the almost last moment of a student life.hahaa. And guess what, just after the dinner, we the gals went and lepak for a while for a short kopi session just to end the night nicely. Wahh, a night to rem...
