Shawl Brands for 2020

Assalamualaikum wbt
All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger

Hi all!
It is now the final week of Ramadan.
How's Ramadan during RMO? Hope everyone is doing great than ever!

Since Hari Raya is just around the corner, I would like to share some must-have shawl brands for you to wear and style with your baju kurung this Hari Raya. These are my personal view on the brands. Just sharing them here, hoping it could help you decide on the scarf that you've been looking for :)

Continue to scroll down......

1. Galeri Ariani

SHAWL MYSTIQUE PRINTED DIAMOND 298  SHAWL JANE PRINTED DIAMOND 298

Visit them today, Galeri Ariani Website

I personally love Ariani's printed shawl. The have variety of designs for both plain and printed scarfs. To those who have difficulties finding the right colour to match your hari raya outfit can visit their Instagram or can order at their website. Ariani is one of the many brands that offers a wide range of colours in their plain collections. Plus, they have have several materials for their plain shawls. Ariani also held their yearly promo during their anniversary and sometimes during certain occasion. So, check out their news online so you don't missed their next promo! 2. Tudung People

Visit their website via this link, Tudung People

I have yet to try Tudung People but am getting good feedback from my friends. I've followed them on their Instagram and just love how they posted on their shawls as well as the contents that they shared especially during Ramadan, love the tips! If you buy the scarfs which they also have both shawl and square scarfs from the website, you can see how they detailed out the item such as; size, opacity level of the material, product description etc. So, without having to go to the shop and look at the material to know whether it is see thru or not, you can purchase them with a light heart :p. So, yes! Love love them (Love their satin silk collections!) and couldn't wait to purchase one for myself <3 (Pictures are from Google Image)

3. Naelofar Hijab

Click here for their website, Naelofar

And yasss...Naelofar just rebranded recently introducing its new logo. I am not a frequent user of this brand as well but I have few of its collection. I love Naelofar's printed shawl but it is very limited, siapa cepat dia dapat. They have more square scarfs and also semi or instant shawls. Besides the scarfs, I am also more to collecting its yearly Sejadah or praying mat collection which they will produce during Ramadan and most of the time it will be sold out in no time. This year, I was able to get the designs despite it produced only 2 designs. Looking forward more Sejadah designs from Naelofar next year though, maybe 3 or 4 designs hopefully :) (Pictures are from Naelofar Website)

So, that is all from me. My top 3 scarf brands that i would recommend and love to try soon. If you want to know more about others, do let me know, so that I'm able to learn new items or new topics as well. Salam Ramadan!

English for Professional Communication

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Greetings readers! As stated above, in this entry I would like to share about the course that I am taking at present. It is a course from the Academy of Language Studies at Universiti Teknologi Mara(UiTM). It is very rare to find people that know about this course. Dialogue 1 A: Eh, what are you studying now? Me: English for Prof Comm A: ...........??? So, what is that actually? Dialogue 2 A: Anyway, what are you taking now? Me: Language studies A: Oh.. TESL eh. Me: ....................... or very very very rare, Dialogue 3 A: What course did you take? Me: English for Prof Comm A: Ohh..ok. As you see, this course is not as popular as others like law, engineering, medicine, dental, education and others, which everyone knows of. But, it is a fun and interesting course to learn. Believe me. And if you are really good in English, which I am still working on t...

Sleepless night to remember

Assalamulaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Hello. Upon writing this post, I am at a state where I can no longer open my eyes to continue doing my work. My friends and I are at Level 9 Menara at this late hour, yup (for those who know the history.........hahahaa.....). It's kind of our lepak place for wifi, for just us. Alhamdulillah. Our journey are coming to its end. So far, we are done with two of our professional presentations. It was a nerve-wrecking and sleepless experience on preparing the text and searching for information and practice and what not for the presentation. Nevertheless, I enjoy every last moment of it. Even now, it is just so difficult to finish up my thesis and do the amendments needed, I choose not to fret and just keep on continuing these difficult times as I believe I will be reminiscing these times later in the future. InsyaAllah, everything will end this Monday. My prayers to all of us, myself and my friends, that we...

Prom Night

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger And so, our konon2 Prom Night was a fun night. We actually called it Pre-Graduation Dinner plus also combining the dinner with the Dean's Award recipients.  It sounds funny when you called it Prom Night. For me when it is called as such, it sounds Americanish , wild and western .hahaa. But it is also suitable to be called as such to show it was a celebrated night and because the theme for that night was Tie, Suit and Dresses , I know, nice wasn't it. And the dinner, it was not the place or the food that we would fret about or be bossy about later on, its the people and the friends and the pictures that we will talk about again and again, it will be the memory that we will probably recall in the future, the almost last moment of a student life.hahaa. And guess what, just after the dinner, we the gals went and lepak for a while for a short kopi session just to end the night nicely. Wahh, a night to rem...
