Assalamualaikum.

All praises to Allah. and peace be upon His messenger.
(The way I greeted my blog is actually from the way a senior of mine started his blog entry. I found this interesting and like to follow suit. Mintak izin ye senior, terima kasih, and yeah, your blog is fun and interesting. I enjoy reading them)

So, hello :) I'm early today, the first to arrive to class.

Life has been crazy this week and this disease, I believe will continue until the end of the semester.
It is the same thing every semester, everything is under control during the first half of the semester and later, after the mid-semester break forward, kaboooooom!!! the wind blowing through me is no longer sepoi sepoi bahasa.

This week, everything have to be submitted, next week all things have to be presented, another week after that, all past years papers have to be discussed etc............ hehehe...okey okey, I did exaggerate a little, but, the thing it is right now, seems so. The one thing I'm fine with today is that I arrive to class early even though it is not that early as the bus is still packed as usual, no available seats.

"Who says life is easy right?", quoted from Dr Q.

Because life must go on, we should just try very hard to endure everything. Everything happens for a reason and there is always a reason why something happen, cliche, yes.

Until later.

English for Professional Communication

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Greetings readers! As stated above, in this entry I would like to share about the course that I am taking at present. It is a course from the Academy of Language Studies at Universiti Teknologi Mara(UiTM). It is very rare to find people that know about this course. Dialogue 1 A: Eh, what are you studying now? Me: English for Prof Comm A: ...........??? So, what is that actually? Dialogue 2 A: Anyway, what are you taking now? Me: Language studies A: Oh.. TESL eh. Me: ....................... or very very very rare, Dialogue 3 A: What course did you take? Me: English for Prof Comm A: Ohh..ok. As you see, this course is not as popular as others like law, engineering, medicine, dental, education and others, which everyone knows of. But, it is a fun and interesting course to learn. Believe me. And if you are really good in English, which I am still working on t...

Sleepless night to remember

Assalamulaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Hello. Upon writing this post, I am at a state where I can no longer open my eyes to continue doing my work. My friends and I are at Level 9 Menara at this late hour, yup (for those who know the history.........hahahaa.....). It's kind of our lepak place for wifi, for just us. Alhamdulillah. Our journey are coming to its end. So far, we are done with two of our professional presentations. It was a nerve-wrecking and sleepless experience on preparing the text and searching for information and practice and what not for the presentation. Nevertheless, I enjoy every last moment of it. Even now, it is just so difficult to finish up my thesis and do the amendments needed, I choose not to fret and just keep on continuing these difficult times as I believe I will be reminiscing these times later in the future. InsyaAllah, everything will end this Monday. My prayers to all of us, myself and my friends, that we...

Prom Night

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger And so, our konon2 Prom Night was a fun night. We actually called it Pre-Graduation Dinner plus also combining the dinner with the Dean's Award recipients.  It sounds funny when you called it Prom Night. For me when it is called as such, it sounds Americanish , wild and western .hahaa. But it is also suitable to be called as such to show it was a celebrated night and because the theme for that night was Tie, Suit and Dresses , I know, nice wasn't it. And the dinner, it was not the place or the food that we would fret about or be bossy about later on, its the people and the friends and the pictures that we will talk about again and again, it will be the memory that we will probably recall in the future, the almost last moment of a student life.hahaa. And guess what, just after the dinner, we the gals went and lepak for a while for a short kopi session just to end the night nicely. Wahh, a night to rem...
