Mother’s Day

 —

Assalamualaikum.
All praises to Allah. and peace be upon His messenger.

Everyone, okey, not every but most people post about mom, mother, mama, ibu, enda, mak, umi etc today. We know that we can actually celebrate Mother’s Day every day :P , my mama would love this idea so much,haha.. or we can pick any special date to celebrate our mother, besides their birthday of course.
Well, a mother is a very important person in each our lives, VVVVVVVVVVIP yaww. They are very important.
Abu Hurairah radhiallahu ‘anh berkata:Seorang lelaki datang menemui Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam dan bertanya:
“Siapakah manusia yang paling berhak untuk aku layan dengan sebaik-baiknya?”Baginda menjawab: “Ibu kamu.”
Dia bertanya lagi: “Kemudian siapa?”Baginda menjawab: “Ibu kamu.”Dia bertanya lagi: “Kemudian siapa?”Baginda menjawab: “Ibu kamu.”Dia bertanya lagi: “Kemudian siapa?”Baginda menjawab: “Ayah kamu.”

In the Al-Quran itself, there are several verses stating how important a mother is, that their deeds are priceless, that nobody can replace them, that the love that they provide are no comparison to other types of love. It goes the same to father too. They are the best in the world too. Treat both of them as the best of the best as they have given you everything until what you are today.

For those who still have the chance to show their appreciation and love to a mother, please please please and please do so. Be grateful as you are still able to feel a mother’s love, to cuddle with them, to go shopping with them, to call them every day, to watch korean drama with them, to attend kenduri with them and many other more with them. For those who had lost their mother or their loved ones, appreciate those who are there for you now. That is why Allah SWT created us with family, friends, neighbours, cousins, uncles, grandparents, office mates, class mates, husband, wife, to teach us to appreciate things that are still present and not to regret until those things are no longer there. A reminder for you and for me.

So, mama, I Love you <3. Thank you for being the best. As your eldest daughter, I’m proud and happy, very proud and happy to have you in my life. You are everything. You are my friend, my best friend, my non-stop listener, my role-model, my decision-maker, my opinion ally, my shopping mate, my fashion coordinator, my chef, my cooking mentor, my interior designer, my everything, my Mama. I apologize  for not being able to be the best for you mama, but, I will never give-up, all four of us will never give-up. We will try our best to be the best sons and daughters in providing happiness especially for baba and you.

* What is your opinion, people said that it is wrong to celebrate mother's day, for the muslims especially, what do you think? does wishing counted as well? despite you are  muslims, hindus, buddhas, christians or others, you are pleased to leave your thoughts.

Sleepless night to remember

Assalamulaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger Hello. Upon writing this post, I am at a state where I can no longer open my eyes to continue doing my work. My friends and I are at Level 9 Menara at this late hour, yup (for those who know the history.........hahahaa.....). It's kind of our lepak place for wifi, for just us. Alhamdulillah. Our journey are coming to its end. So far, we are done with two of our professional presentations. It was a nerve-wrecking and sleepless experience on preparing the text and searching for information and practice and what not for the presentation. Nevertheless, I enjoy every last moment of it. Even now, it is just so difficult to finish up my thesis and do the amendments needed, I choose not to fret and just keep on continuing these difficult times as I believe I will be reminiscing these times later in the future. Prom Night

Assalamualaikum wbt All praises to Allah SWT and His Messenger And so, our konon2 Prom Night was a fun night. We actually called it Pre-Graduation Dinner plus also combining the dinner with the Dean's Award recipients.  It sounds funny when you called it Prom Night. For me when it is called as such, it sounds Americanish , wild and western .hahaa. But it is also suitable to be called as such to show it was a celebrated night and because the theme for that night was Tie, Suit and Dresses , I know, nice wasn't it. And the dinner, it was not the place or the food that we would fret about or be bossy about later on, its the people and the friends and the pictures that we will talk about again and again, it will be the memory that we will probably recall in the future, the almost last moment of a student life.hahaa. And guess what, just after the dinner, we the gals went and lepak for a while for a short kopi session just to end the night nicely. Wahh, a night to rem...
